Texas Spanish Academy is now enrolling for the 2026-2027 school year for infant, toddler, Pre-K3, and Pre-K4 programs. Some classes are full and on a wait list, ranging from a few months to over a year. Admissions Process

1. Schedule a School Tour Parents are given a school tour to see if our program is a good fit, during which there will be the opportunity to learn about the school’s programs, meet teachers, view all classrooms, review curriculum, and ask questions. Please contact us to schedule a visit.
2. Submit a Guaranteed Start Families have the option to secure an immediate or future date with a Guaranteed Start form and pre-paying their first month of tuition (not an additional fee). A Guaranteed Starts secures a guaranteed start date and are given first priority to sooner openings. The Guaranteed Start form may be completed and submitted at the time of the school tour and interview. All Guaranteed Start dates are based on availability.
3. Download and Join Parent App An invitation will be sent to download and join the parent app after a Guaranteed Start is received
   
4. Complete Enrollment Packet The month prior to a child’s start date, families will complete their child’s enrollment file with: enrollment application,  statement of health from a doctor, vision and hearing screening results (for 4 & 5 year old’s), immunization records, discipline & guidance policy, handbook agreement, parent-school agreement and contract, contracted hours and financial agreement form, infant feeding instructions and safe sleep guidelines (if applicable), and a child assessment form (to be completed by parents).
5. New Student Orientation New families attend a 30-minute orientation session during which all enrollment forms are submitted and cubby items will be brought by parents in preparation for the child’s first day.
6. Introductory Mornings All new students have the option to schedule two intro mornings, at no cost, prior to their first day, ideally the week preceding their first day. This helps children begin to get acclimated to their new school, class, and friends. Parent must attend their orientation prior to a child’s intro morning.
